Dr. Quyen Thi Nguyen graduated from Korea Research Institute of Bioscience and Biotechnology, University of Science and Technology, South Korea in 2020. She has more than 10 years of experience in Biotechnology, Medical Bioscience and Immunology. She joined projects related to studies of adjuvant effects on pandemic H1N1 vaccine, development of monoclonal antibodies against foot-and-mouth disease and COVID-19 disease, and pathogenesis of co-infection of SARS-CoV-2 and pandemic influenza H1N1 virus. She has published her works on peer-review journals such as Frontiers in Immunology, Vaccines, Pathogens, Viruses and so on and achieved awards at international conferences.

Since 5/2021, she has been working as a researcher at Vinmec Research Institute of Stem Cell and Gene Technology. She currently participates in Vicel-1 project to manufacture human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem/stromal cells for clinical trials at Vinmec International Hospital.
