Dr. Đỗ Văn Mạnh, Specialist Level I, is currently the Deputy Director of Clinical Affairs and Head of the Intensive Care – Emergency Department at Vinmec International General Hospital in Ha Long, with many years of experience in critical care and emergency medicine. He graduated with a Medical Doctor degree from Hanoi Medical University and subsequently completed Specialist Level I in Critical Care – Emergency Medicine, gaining a solid foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills for managing critically ill patients. Dr. Mạnh has also participated in numerous advanced training courses at major hospitals in Vietnam and abroad, including Bach Mai Hospital and Viet Duc Hospital, keeping up to date with modern techniques and treatment methods.

Before joining Vinmec, Dr. Mạnh served as Deputy Head of the Intensive Care Department at Quang Ninh General Hospital, where he directly treated and cared for many severe cases while contributing to the development of patient care protocols and training of medical staff. At Vinmec Ha Long, he not only manages complex emergency cases but also plays a key role in leading and developing departmental procedures, mentoring younger colleagues, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
