Dr. Dinh Van Loc used to hold the position of Head of the operating room at Hue Central Hospital. Dr. Loc received the certificate of merit from the Minister of Health of Vietnam in 2009 and 2017. He is a member of the Vietnam Association of Anesthesiology - Resuscitation and the Central Association of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation, Vietnam.
