Dr. Chuong obtained a Doctor of General Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City in 2011 and a Doctor of Specialization in Medicine I from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City in 2017.

Dr. Chuong used to work at Children's Hospital. I, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy and Thu Duc Hospital. She also is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Pediatric Association and the Ho Chi Minh City Emergency Anti-Poison Resuscitation Organization.
