Direct Payment

Outpatient Department

• Step 1: Patient completes the Compensation Request Form (provided by the hospital).

• Step 2: Patient signs the invoice and receipt to confirm the services used.

Inpatient Department

• Step 1: Patient fills out the Compensation Request Form (provided by the hospital).

• Step 2: Vinmec contacts the insurance company to obtain a guarantee letter on behalf of the patient.

• Step 3: Vinmec informs the patient of the outcome.

• Step 4: Patient signs the invoice and receipt to confirm the services used and settles any expenses not covered by the insurance company (if applicable).

Note*

• Patient completes the Authorization for Disclosure of Personal Health Information form (provided by the hospital).

• Patient completes the Payment Commitment form (hospital form) to provide credit card information to the hospital. Your credit card information is secure at Vinmec.

• This is a mandatory requirement for insurance companies marked with (***) in Vinmec's list of insurance partners, and Vinmec only accepts credit cards when transacting with these insurance companies.

• If the insurance company declines to pay all or part of the incurred fees, Vinmec will notify the patient. If the patient is unable to pay directly at Vinmec, we will directly charge the patient's credit card.

Indirect Payment

Patients may be required to make a deposit according to Vinmec's regulations. Patients pay Vinmec directly after using medical services and will be provided with the following documents to claim insurance reimbursement:
