1. Job Description
1.1. Medical evaluation and treatment as a professional
- Assigned tasks include reception, medical examination and treatment, and other professional duties.
- Perform medical examinations and treatments, as well as consultations, in compliance with professional norms, rules, and processes.
- Ensure that full medical records are recorded and managed in accordance with rules and professional standards.
- Assist other specializations with expert help, guidance, and advice.
- Safely and effectively prescribing medications to patients.
- Specify suitable tests to assist in the patient diagnosis.
- Join on duty when assigned, on call.
1.2. Improve professional quality
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of specific technological processes. Professional knowledge and skills are updated and implemented.
- Updating and implementing new professional knowledge and techniques.
- Disseminate new professional knowledge and techniques to colleagues.
- Support nurses in the department when needed.
- Immediately and promptly resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to medical examination and treatment.
1.3. Scientific research and training
- Participate in faculty training programs and scientific research.
- Take full use of continuing medical education opportunities.
1.4. Other responsibilities
- Participate in the hospital's strategies and general operations (JCI...)
- Join professional organizations, direct the phone line, and offer expert assistance to other hospitals.
- Participate in one of the hospital's free medical examination programs.
- Continue to learn and develop your communication and professional English skills.
2. Job requirements
- Doctors with specialized training and postgraduate training are eligible to apply (Residents, specialties level 1 or higher)
- Have professional certifications and diplomas
- Have a working qualification in the field of expertise that you're applying for
- Experience in the relevant field of more than 5 years.
- Listen to and speak English fluently (if the candidate is Vietnamese).
- Vietnamese translation certificates are preferred for candidates of different countries who need to be fluent in English in all four skills.
- Can work in a group setting
- Have an eagerness to learn and sharing knowledge and experience regards to new technologies
- Obtain a good health, honesty, and agility
- Men under the age of 60 and women under the age of 55
- Willing to follow the department's culture, working laws, and work assignments
- Ready to comply with the human resource mobilization plan of the Board of Directors, Technical Director
