II. Conditions for upgrading status based on customerspending at Vinmec

Guidelines for recording accumulated spending for Membership status upgrades at Vinmec: Successful payment transactions are recorded, with the following exclusions:
- Revenue covered by subsidies from Vinmec/Vingroup and internal Vinmec payments.
- For the value of advance payments for service packages and hospitalization; spending will be recorded only after the service is used and the payment invoice is issued.
Timing for recording accumulated spending:
- For existing VinClub members: Within 24 hours from the time of the transaction at Vinmec.
- For non-VinClub members:
- Within 24 hours from the transaction time, customers need to register as a member on the VinClub website/app and link their Vinmec account to have their spending recorded
- Transactions beyond 24 hours will not be recorded.
III. Some guidelines for Vinmec Membership Status BeforeAugust 8th:
1. Accumulated revenue rules: All customers with spendingsincurred from 01/01/2023 to 30/06/2024 will have their totalrevenue accumulated and ranked according to the criteria in Article 2.
Revenue recording by phone number:
2. VinClub accounts areverified through phone numbers: Vinmec will use the phone number provided by the customer in their Patient ID (PID) at Vinmec to accumulate spending/points into the VinClubaccount linked to that phone number.
- Customers using one phone number for multiple Patient ID(PID) (e.g., for themselves, family members such as parents, spouses, or children) will have their revenue accumulated andpoints adđe up under the VinClub account associated with thatphone number.
- If customers lose or abandon their phone number for personalreasons but are still receiving care at Vinmec with a PID fromthe unused phone number, Vinmec will not synchronize data to VinClub. Customers should contact Vinmec’s hotline to updatetheir new phone number.
