3D TECHNOLOGY IN MEDICINE CENTER – VINUNIVERSITY ACHIEVED QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - ISO 9001:2016 AND MEDICAL DEVICES QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM - ISO 13485:2015
On February 22, 2023, 3D Technology in Medicine Center – VinUniversity was officially one of the first 3D labs in Vietnam to achieve ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 13485:2016 (Medical Devices Quality Management System) certification with 2 products: 3D printing model and Patient-Specific Instrument (PSI). The certification of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 is one of the center’s is one of the center’s key milestones, affirming its products and services quality; and bringing its competitive advantage in a higher quality demanding market to the next height.
The ceremony took place in a solemn atmosphere, witnessed by representatives of ISOCERT, representatives of the Board of Directors of VinUniversity and the 3D Technology in Medicine Center and all staff of the center. At the ceremony, representatives of ISOCERT awarded ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certificates to the Center's leader and recognized the efforts and achievements of the 3D Technology in Medicine Center - VinUniversity in meeting international standards on the quality management systems.
Achieving ISO certification also helps the 3D Technology in Medicine Center improve its competitiveness in the market, remove trade barriers in the commercialization process, and gain the absolute trust of customers.
The representative of the 3D Technology in Medicine Center – VinUniversity expressed his gratitude and pride when the Center has achieved this important certification. The achievement of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 is the result of the efforts of the entire staff, along with the support and companionship of the Center's partners and customers.
